Im 6 weeks pregnant and having low down vaginal pain/discomfort more to the left side, people have told me this is the lining of my uterus thicking. I can discribe the discomfort/pain as slight period pain. I am concerned as i had a miscarriage 3 months ago.

Can someone please help???
