6weeks pregnant spots on face, anyone the same please!!!!

Im 6weeks pregnant and iv just come over with lots of spots on my face, my skin is more grazy to is anybody else like this or been like this before? Please reply!!!

Unfortunately the change in hormones can bring about many changes, including skin problems. Try buying a cleansing product like witchhazel and try cleaning your face with it every night

Hi There,

Some more suggestions for crazy skin: Drink lots of water, watch your diet, ask your doctor about Vitamin B6 (you should be getting some already in your prenatal vitamin (used in treating homone induced skin problems no more than 25 - 50 milligrams). Also ensure you are continually using folic acid, again should be in your mat vitamin.

Thanks for replies, they have helped going to the doctors 2mor so ill ask about Vitamin B6.
