7 days overdue period

I am 7 days overdue period and I am pretty much concerned over this for I never had my periods late and I know I am not pregnant for I didn't have any sex lately so I wonder what could be 7 days overdue period cause and should I be worrying that much over this now?

I don't think you should be worry that much at this moment. It usually is nothing serious I also have occasionally few days overdue period and it is often caused by improper diet. So if you are on some kind of a diet than your 7 days overdue period might have been caused by that. And I think that the alarm situation is if it is late for more than 6 weeks that is what is called amenorrhea-missing the period that long and in this case you might seek some medical advice for the causes might also be more serious such as stress, tumor or even Turner's syndrome which can't be cured. Anyway if the diet is the cause of your overdue period than you shouldn't be worried much for in this case your period will resolve on itself once you start with a healthy diet.
