I have 7 or 8 white dots that started to appear on my sack, it started off with
2 or 3 larger ones, slowly with months passing a few more appeared.
I'm a shy person, so I've been putting off seeing the doctor. Scared also.
It's my only physical problem, haven't been able to date the last 6 months
because I'm afraid of what someone might say about it.

They don't hurt when you squeeze them, same approx size of a pimple.
If i also stretch the sack and look closely i can see their are other dots
that look like they can grow.

I keep myself clean all the time! what could this be?! thanks.

Hi. Well, let me begin by saying that if you "stretch your sack" and notice many white bumps...look closer...can you see a hair coming from them? If you do, what you see is actually the superior portion of the hair follicle and is completely normal. In fact, you should have hundreds on your scrotum. Genital warts are flesh colored unless treated with acetic acid..which turns them white for examination. So unless you clean your genitalia with vinegar, your fine. Hope I helped!
