7 year old son might have a tic! Could it be tourettes?

I have a 7 year old son and for a few years now he has been moving his neck in a strange way. Now he blinks his eyes really hard once in awhile and sometimes he makes a weird almost like a humming noise. Do you think it could be tourettes? Any suggestions? I could use any help I can get.
