8yr old daughter has swollen knucles on both index fingers .

My 8yr old daughter has swollen knucles on both index fingers ? These swellings have 2-3 fluid filled pimples on them. The swelling is soft and puffy but feels oddly lumpy underneath. We havent done anything much out of the ordinary lately. I gave her Claratyne today as i thought it may have helped, it did nothing. The knuckles have been swollen for a few days now. Question

What should I do, should I wait and see, as the doctor said or do I seek another oppinion.
Sml country town not many doctors to choose from..

I had a friend with similar symptoms who was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. You might want to check into this possibility, although I think that the procedure included extracting the fluid from the knuckles. Sounds painful. All the best.
