9 years old boy with swollen glands in stomach

my 9 year old has had stomach pain for the last year all tests have been done and all came up negative, we recently went for a ct scan and this revealed swollen glands in his stomach area. What does this mean?

When he gets his stomach pain it is severe and he doubles over in pain.
What can we do? Question

Did they put him on antibiotics or any other meds?
