Im new here, so I dont know if this topic has been touched.
Im a really concerned mother and I have nowhere else to go right now...
I turned on my tv last night and saw there were active rentals on my "on demand" channels. They were adult movies. At first I thought it was my boyfriend. OK, no biggie. But when I asked him about them, he had no idea what I was talking about.
Later in the night, he comes to me and he has a feeling its my 9 yr old daughter. Like any mother, Im like no way! Not my child!!
I wake her up (because this is bothering us both) and tell her I know she is ordering movies - why?
She confessed and it broke my heart. My 9 yr old daughter!! Some movies she watched all the way through.
I knew I should talk to her alone. I couldnt get any answers out of her. I woke up this morning and talked with her again. Eventually, before coming to work, she told me to read a letter she was writing - because she thinks she knows why she did it.
I guess my question is -
has anyone experienced this? does anyone have any advice? |

| its normal for a girl her age to watch that kind of stuff! if she talked to u about it and confessed then everything is cool! ITS NOT BAD FOR HER... just make sure it doesnt give her any bad influences |
