9 yr old suffers from bad headaches

My son is 9 years old. He gets bad headaches mostly when it's warm out and runs around a lot. He does have allergies to pollen and seasonal stuff. Could they be migraines or sinuses? He does vomit sometimes and I thought they were probably migraines but his doc said mabye clarition would help the headaches. Any advice????????? Thanks Oh and the only thing that helps him is ibprofin and sleep.
