HI THR I HAD AN ABORTION 6 YRS AGO AND HAD A LOT OF BLEEDING AND CRAMPING FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS THEN I WAS FINE WHEN I WENT TO MY GYNE AFTER SOME TIME SHE CHECKED ME AND SAID I WAS FINE. NOW IM TRYIN TO HAVE A BABY AND AM SCARED THAT IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE IT. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS BUT NO SUCCESS I HAVE A LOT OF GUILT OF ABORTION AND STILL FIND IT HARD TO GET OVER IT BUT THAT WAS THE RIGTH DECISION AT THAT TIME. WILL I GET PREGNANT?  |

Angel hi  just remember you did the right thing at that moment in your life, so dont be to harsh on yourself. Many many women have abortions and then sucessfully have babies afterwards. You will love your first baby, and if your gyno said you have nothing to worry about, well trust that. You are feeling normal feelings, like a lot of women who have had abortions, maybe get some councelling if you are still grieving about your decision. Worry can also stop you getting pregnant l think |

hi im going through exactly the same thing, i had an ABORTION four years ago it seems like recently and i didint want the ABORTION but my parents made me have one as i was raped. And now ive been seeing my bf for fours years now and we are planning to get married soon and i really want a baby infact in desperate for one! every time i see one in the street or something i could scream! my friends are all having babies but he doesnt want one yet. I have tried to explain to him but it is like hes switched off ive come off the pill and we use withdrawal but he will never come inside me! so i dont get pregnant, im terrified i wont get pregnant because of the abortion. And im scared hes got a low sperm count or something because i stopped taking my pill for 2 months well he knew i was on and off with it and i still didnt get pregnant! but it only took once last time! im so desperate it is making me depressed please someone help me. |

| It can take 3-6 months of well times sex to concieve a baby. It is normal for it to take up to a year. I would suggest that you reconsider getting pregnant without the fathers permission though, he will end up resenting you and it is unfair for you to decide the course of his life when it is something he is not ready for yet. |
