ACV?... Detox?... effect bv and yeast infections

i found a website that said apple cider vinegar is good for yeast infections. but it's bad for Bacterial Vaginosis. i've been drinking ACV all week. i didn't know that it would bother with either of the infections. it seems that my "yeast infection" (or so i thought that it was) has gotten worse. i am also in a personal detox program.

would the ACV have that effect?

would detoxing have any effect on either?

could a yeast infection get that bad to where it could cut you?

what's the quickest way to get rid of BV, NATURALLY?
