Hi. I suffer from ADD and the symptoms are exhausting me. My concentration is really poor and I don`t sleep too well. I feel tired all the time. I can`t go on like this any more. Meds are not really helpful, not in long terms. I just wanted to share my problem with somebody.
Hi. I suffer from ADHD and I use stimulant meds (Strattera). Meds are not the answer you must succeed on your own. I have found education and psychotherapy very effective. I learn how to organize my life by using props and I read as much as I can about my problem. My therapist is really good. He encourages me all the time to adjust to changes in my life. The improvement is a slow process but I guess one big step is made of many little steps. I have also found my friends and family to be very supportive.
