ARTHROTEC for pediatric patients?

Hi, my friends son is suffering from juvenile arthritis. Its been diagnosed several days ago and his pediatrician prescribed him Arthrotec. I have heard that Arthrotec is Diclofenac so I dont know is it good for pediatric patients? I would be very thankful if someone shares his experience about this medication.

Hi, generally you are quite right when you say that Arthrotec is Diclofenac. Thing that you dont know is that Arthrotec is medication consisted from two components and the other one is Misoprostol drug which stimulates secretion of mucus and protect stomach in that way. Because of this it is pretty good for kids too.
