A 3rd Breast surgery in 1 year by my 21st birthday

Last september 2007 i went under for breast augmentation. after the surgery i had scar tissue forming around the right breast. because i am a hairdresser it became really painful. this past february 2008 i went under for another breast augmentation to scrap out the scar tissue on the right and the pocket never formed on the left so it would slid out. as of a week ago i went in to my doctor for another post surgery check and the scar tissue is reforming. i am bruising because of having him and i push on the implant to move it. he is now saying he will go under for a 3rd surgery to scrap the scar tissue. Is this pretty normal? has anyone else gone through this. right now i don't know what to do. i am only 20 and when he will go under for the 3rd surgery will be my 21st birthday. i really don't want to go from being a 34d to my old 32a and have my skin stretched. if anyone has any opinions i would really like to hear them! thanks!
