Just 10 minutes ago I went to the bathroom and I noticed a small pimple sized bump on my testicles. I was curious and scared so I squeezed it and white stuff came out then a tiny bit of blood. I am really scared though as that is the second time I found it and it is in the same place, is it something I should worry about, and should I get it checked please can someone answer this for me? I have not had sex or anything like that before.
