Guys need help I got a bunch of little pus filled bumps on my scrotum and the base of my penis im 15 still a virgin only kissed 1 girl because im scared to kiss anymore because i dont want to pass it on if it's an std
this shit is ruining my sex life could anyone plese tell me if this is a std or not if its not tell me how to cure it :( :(

I don't think that these are anything to worry about and quite normal. If you are really worried about them go and see your Doctor who will be able to correctly identify and diagnose.
But from what you describe it sounds like it might be Molluscum Contagiosum or hair follicles and sebaceous (sweat) glands on the penile shaft, particularly on the ventral surface (underside) getting blocked.

no i dont think thats it. i just looked that up and that dont look any thing like it. there like little sacs of pus the size of a cookie crumb . but theres alot. they dont look like pimples
