A question about brown spotting.. please help

hi,
I ended my period about 7 days ago, and ever since a day after i finished my period I have been getting brown spotting in my underware. Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 5th day of my period and then a couple days after that. Sometimes ill get cramps in my stomach and it feels like theres somthing happening in there. I am on the pill. But i was just wondering what does that mean?
does it mean i could be pregnant?....I just stretched something inside of me?.. or is just left over stuff from my period?

Ive had this brownspotting for like 6 days now.
