Ive been ill for four days. I took a test and it was negative, but i havent missed my period yet. I have SEVERE abdominal pain and wicked bad diarehha (sp). I did vomit the first day a few times. Now im sick to my stomach with these awful pains....But are these signs of early pregnancy?

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant, and I experienced bad abdominal pain in the beginning and bouts of diarrhea, so yes it could be a sign of early pregnancy, however it could be a stomach bug, or food poisoning as well. The best thing to do is to follow up with your doctor and request routine pregnancy test as well.
