Abdominal pain, dark urine and diarreah for 5 days now

Pain not severe in stomach, but when pressed. Urine is dark. Had fever once. Suspect I might have eaten something that caused a bacterial infection. Diarreah is frequent.
Would appreciate your advice. Thanks. Confused
