Abdominal pain, lower left abdominal quadrant

The pain is located about 1-2 inches at a about a 4-5:00 degree from the belly button. It is only felt when I turn to look over my left shoulder (eg when doing a left check for other vehicles when driving or when sitting and turning to speak to someone to the left and slightly behind me. It is abrupt, lasts only momentarily (a few minutes), feels like it it is the space of a 2" diameter circle and has occurred for more than 1 week. Constipation is not a problem and there are no other symptoms (maybe a feeling of pressure in the same area). Feels like a hard punch when the "attack" occurs.
