I do very stressful job. When I started working there I thought I’ll manage somehow, but I didn’t. After a year started to feel painful abdominal spasm while I was on duty. Doctor thinks that I have IBS. Is Abdominal spasm something that comes with IBS or it is related with some other complications?
A lot of people suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). All of them have abdominal spasm. Abdominal spasm is the main symptom of IBS. Doctors don’t know what causes IBS, but they know that Abdominal spasm occur because the intestines begin to contract to tightly. Stress and anxiety are probably the main reasons that cause IBS. If you would to avoid Abdominal spasm you should avoid stress. My advice to you: be cool! You can’t change the world, but it will change you and you’ll suffer.
