Abdominal swelling for last two days

Hi, I am a healthy 26 year old girl and I have been having a swollen stomach for two days now. I woke up normal and then just 8 hours later, I looked like I was about 3-4 months pregnant. I had a normal period last month, but am also slender. Is it possible to be pregnant? I am not due for another week but am feeling nauseaus and tired all the time, in addition to the swellling of my stomach. If you could give me any advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks
