Starting with all the facts:
I am 23 years old.
September 11, 2006 I had a miscarriage. I then waited for a normal period and went back on the patch.
Last Period lasted until December 26th.
Jan. 1, 2007 I took off the patch with hopes of getting pregnant.
Since then I have had a period (about 2 weeks after my last period)
Jan. 2- 6th (I figure it was a period because I had very heavy bleeding)
Now, 28 days later, I still have yet to get my period.
I have had really bad headaches and sleeplessness, but about 12 negative pregnancy tests.
My question is: If I am pregnant would the test be postitive by now?
Someone please help me and let me know what you think, I am beside myself in reading articles and trying to figure out what is going on!!!! |

Hi, I had almost the same problem, just without the miscarriage. I have been using the ortho patch for more than 3 years. My last period was on January 6th since then I haven't had a period. I had been taking pregnancy test almost every week just to make sure if I was pregnant. I went to the doctor and had a blood test, I'm not pregnant and still I haven't had my period until this day. The nurse told me it's normal since I was using the ortho patch it will take few weeks for my body to go back to the normal. Also, she told me it will take two or three months before I can get pregnant due to the hormones. I hope this will help you.
Good luck, I'm also thinking to get pregnant. |

| i hav a check up on feb12 cause period ald late about 10 days....when i hav de check up is positive ....after tat on feb23 i hav a bit bleeding...after tat i gone for check up again even having scanning but is negative...de bleeding is nt much n i dun hav any reaction does it miscarriage can anyone tell me n help me.... |
