Abnormal Period after Tubal Ligation....

I had a tubal after my last baby was born (10-15-05). Since then i have had periods that are very painful and last 3 days. This last period i have had no pain and it lasted less than 24 hours. Today i got sick to my stomach and for no aparent reason. I am concerned about the chance of pregnancy and also, why is everyone else having such a hard time with their tubals and mine seem like they are no big deal. I would greatly appreciate the help.
