Abnormal bleeding one week after period

I'm 18 years old and I've been getting my period about once every 2 months for about the past 2 years. The last one I had lasted for about 16 days, about a week after it stopped, I began to bleed again lightly! I have never been sexually active so I want to know what else could be causing this? I have also been experiencing extreme dizziness and headaches when I wake up in the morning.. could this be related somehow?
