Abnormal menstrual periods

I am 43 and after a second tubal having recently starting having very long menstrual periods with a bad ordor, sometimes even after douching.
I have "no insurance" nor employment. What do I need to do?
The period are very light I do not even need the use of a pantyliner, blood is inside the vagina though. I AM SO DISCOURAGED !
