Hi. I'm 23 year old female and I have some questions and some quick advices are needed. I can't believe what is happening to me. My life is ruined. It all started after one unprotected sex, three months ago. I believed nothing could happen but I was never more wrong about something in my life.
My period is missing over then six weeks. I had always had irregular periods and yesterday I took some home pregnancy test and realize that I'm pregnant. I don’t know what to do now. I know only that I'm loose this child as soon as possible. So, I was thinking between abortion pill and surgical abortion. What is better to choose?
Well, I have also posed the same question to my self few years back when I was in the same situation like you now, so, I will tell you some facts I found out. First of all, surgical abortion can be performed up to 12 weeks of pregnancy, and Abortion Pill up to 8 weeks (49 days) for best success.
The second thing- you will not believe but surgical abortion needs less time to be performed because the procedure takes about 5 minutes (vacuum aspiration) and Abortion Pill you take one day orally and then vaginally for three next days.
Heavy bleeding and passing clots is common during the abortion caused by Abortion Pill but with surgical abortion only light to moderate bleeding occurs. You can assume what I have chosen.
