Smile after my abortion they said no sex for 3 weeks i did on the 6th day could any thing be wrong

Most clinics say either 1-3 weeks, it does vary.

Infection is more likely because your cervix has not totally closed up yet, so a condom would be a good idea for sex after an abortion because it keeps the semen away.

Definately KEEP your follow up appointment!! OR Make one...
