Acetaminophen for headache and pain in joints?

I have serious headaches last few days. I think that I have caught some bad cold or something like that. Also I feel pain in my joints. I was using some tea, aspirin and lemonade but it didnt help. I need something stronger. Mother has recommended me acetaminophen. Tell me can I use it in purpose of reliving headache and pain in the joints?

It is well known and widely spread pain killer. I think that it can help you with your pains, but I dont think that it will cure your illness. As I understand from the message you havent been to the doctor. You should go because you can have some more serious situation then common cold. Also you should beware of overdose. It can be very complicated and dangerous.
