Aching Penis and Frequent Urination

I have been urinating more than normal the past 7 months or so. About two weeks ago I started noticing a dull aching in my penis, and in the past week a slight burn sometimes on the left side of my penis when I urinate. It does not happen all the time, but recently it has been more frequent. I have had the same partner for over 3 years. I know she is faithful. I have looked up std's associated with this type pain but according to what I have read it takes 1 month at most for the sypmtoms to appear. As I stated before I have had the same partner for 3 years. I have no clue what it can be.
