Aching pain in my lower stomach to both testicals

Lately when I get an erection, my testicals start to ache and are tender to the touch and the pain goes up to my lower abdemen. Sometimes it is so bad l am doubled over in pain. I am 18 years old and still have abstained from sex. As the days progress the more painful it gets. I just wanted to ask before I go to the doc and hoping it would pass on its own.
