I also have the same symptoms. I had the symptons for about 3 months but not every day, maybe for a couple of days and then it would go. i have had a recent 2 month gap of nothing and then it started again. I wonder whether it was wearing underwear that is too tight. It is what i would call pulsating aching from right testicle down through right leg. I have researched this and can find no medical symptoms. However, if you do go to a Dr, which I am going to do, then i would advise printing off these comments so the Dr has a full understanding of what is going on and doesn't think that it's nothing, like some docs do. |

Same with me. I get this pain off and on in my right testicle and down most of my right leg, calf and thigh. I am somewhat overweight, but could it be something else. Anyone else have anymore info on this??? if u do, send it to my email what the problem ended up being... markmiller1988@yahoo.com

| hi guys, i too over the past week or so have been havin pain in my right testicle & leg. However, about 2 weks ago, i tweeked my sciatic nerve. ive been having acupuncture to relieve the sciatic pain, but as it has been relieved, my leg & testicular pain started!! does anybody know if these 2 symptoms would be connected? |

At first I was having pains shooting down my right leg and then I realized that my right testicle was aching as well. At first I though it was blue balls but it was way worse then that. I work out and apparently the more active a lifestyle the harder it is on our balls. Also some men cross their legs and even though men don't feel anything when they do it, it does have an impact.
I was starting to worry that it would be cancer, but it doesn't run in my family so it didn't make any sense to me, then I came across this forum in my google search. I no longer feel like I'm the only one who has this, as most of my past medical problems are hard to diagnose as they are rare. |

Hi, Im a 19 year old male, Ever since I was around 13 I've had this mass/growth/cyst whatever it is on the top of my right testicle. It's strange because I have no pain but when I touch it feels tender. I also sometimes have this slight discomfort in my right knee and upper leg. Im soo worried right. I'm very scared because I've had this for soo long now and barely starting to freak out about it. It hasnt grown to my knowledge but it tworries me soo much. I went to my doctor about two years ago and he examined me and said that he couldnt feel anything abnormal. Its weird because only when the sack is relaxed is when you can see and feel it. I played sports when I was younger and remember long ago getting a helmet to the growing area and being in soo much pain for awhile. Please someone help me, Im living scared of what it could be and worried to see my doctor.  |

| This is comforting in some way. I did a google and this perfectly describes what's going on with me. Last week I bought a good pair of new shoes for work (I work standing up on pavement). However it didn't help. I'm 20 years old, don't work out but I'm in normal shape and eat healthy. I'm standing up half the day at work, and the other half I'm sitting down in a classroom. The pain seems to be there slightly almost all the time, but sometimes gets worse for a few minutes spiratically during the day, then goes back to the normal aching pain. Anyone find out anything yet? My current schedule is impossible to schedule a doctor's appointment without missing something important. |

hey all.
i had the same problem. I went to three doctors, the first 2 said it was normal, the third said it was a tendon in the upper leg, lower groin area. hope this helps |

hey guys,
im 16, and i have the problem. I went to 3 doctors, the first said it was "growing pains" (idiot) the second said it was fine. And the third pressed on a tendon in the area (upper leg, lower groin) and it hurt... alot. The doctor thinks i have torn the tendon. I play alot of sport, and the doctor said it was a rather common injury for the sports i play.
thats about the best advice i can give sorry

I have this problem too. I found that I am placing a lot of pressure on my poor boys when lifting. This causes them to ache, just like so many of you describe. Being overweight can cause the same problems and wearing briefs only makes it worse.
Someone stated earlier in this thread to open things up and let it all hang out.
They will appreciate the freedom. |

| hi I have the exact same symptons, ache in my right testicle and the leg, my doc thought it was epididymitis and have been taking antibiotics with limited sucess, I do think its bacteria and it is well known to take 6 weeks to months to get over, I hope I do as its been 6 now and still pretty much the same on and off, im over it like you guys and will keep ya posted |
