I am 43 years old, good health, slightly overweight. I have axact same testicle, groin, and leg pain, mine however switches back and forth between left and right side but never both sides at same time. I have had this pain now for 5 months, Urologist ruled out urilogical problem and said it was refered pain from my back? No advice on a fix though accept for losing weight and exercise. It is good to see I am not alone with this but it is driving me crazy! The only relief I get is at night when I sleep with a thick pillow between my knees. Has anyone tried a chiropractor? This dull ache is like someone pumped deep heat or something in my veins.

Hope someone gets a fix so we can all get over this.

Well, I'm 24, active, no terrible health problems and I also have had this right testicle/right leg pain for approx 3 weeks. It seems to be the worst while driving. Last friday, I went to a doctor and they used a pee sample to confirm that I had epididytitus (or however its spelled). I was prescribed with a week supply of antiboitics and so far (a week later), I feel no improvements. The fact remains that i DO have epididytitus so maybe it has something to do with it. I plan on going back to the doctor next week to see if he will prescribe something else, hopefully stronger. For now it seems that we have something that doctors havent diagnosed or else its a case where epididitytus has been left untreated for too long.
Has anyone else tried more than one antibiotics for their epidydititus?

This is insane that there are so many people that have this problem, yet nobody really knows what it is or how to fix it. I have had it off and on for about 2 years, although I have no leg pain. My doc told me my tubes were tangled and to wear tighty whiteys for a while. I also went to a neuroligist and he really was no help either. It feels like someone is tugging on your testicle. I do have some nausea and have lost a little weight from not wnatingto eat.

Update*
No relief yet but I think in my case it may be related to vericose veins in my upper thy. I have an appointment with vein clinic..anyone else have vericose veins with this pain?

I too have had the aching in my right testicle radiating down the thigh for a few weeks now. My wife is a paramedic and had no idea why it is doing this. It seems from all of the other posts that docs have no idea what is going on. Good luck to all.

Questions for every single one of you guys with aching testicle / pain in upper leg.

Which side testicle and leg pain?

Which hand do you masturbate with?

What is your history of masturbation, and what is your current masturbation practice?

Go look in the mirror with your shirt off and look at your shoulders. Are they level? If they are not level, please post which shoulder is higher and which shoulder is lower than the other.

Look at your chest muscles. Is one side of your chest larger or smaller than the other? Please post which chest is bigger or smaller if they are different.

Take off your pants and look at your legs. Do one of your legs look bigger or smaller than the other? If so, which leg is bigger and which is smaller?:

Do your feet look the same? Is one larger than the other? Or does one have a different shape than the other? Have you ever experienced any kind of foot pain or problems?

Do you feel like you walk normally? Do you lift both legs up and plant one in front of the other? Or do you walk normally with one leg and swing the other leg like a piece of wood? If so, which leg is normal and which swings like a piece of wood.

Examine your hairline. Is your hairline receded more on one side than the other? If so, which side has receded further back than the other side?
---------------

Could everyone that posted here respond if they are still around? The more people who answer, the more data there is for analysis.

Masturbation affects the entire body, not just the genitals. The questions are designed to get you to see this.

You have reported a few of the signs of masturbation changes to the body: pain in the testicle and pain in the foot. If the changes are masturbation caused, then there should be connected changes in other areas of the body.

One side of your chest should be smaller than the other. One of your shoulders should be lower than the other. One of your eyes should be smaller or squinted compared to the other one. One of your legs should be smaller than the other. One of your arms should be smaller than the other. One of your arms should hang lower than the other.

By asking you to examine yourself and answer the questions, all of those changes to your body are being brought to your conscious attention so you can begin to think about them.

An added benefit of the questions is that if enough people answer, it would be possible to look for patterns in the answers that would corroborate the statements I have made. I say that people who masturbate have uneven shoulders. Some people may dispute that statement. If you and many others all respond that yes, your shoulders are uneven, then it is probably correct to believe that masturbation will cause uneven shoulders, even though medical people say don't worry about it, masturbation is good for you.
