Achy feeling that has settled in my spine

Confused
I was suddenly hit with all over achiness yseterday. It wiped me out and I buried myself under a heating blanket and never broke a sweat. Then, today, the pain is all settled in my spinal cord....from the top of my neck to the bottom of my spine and and it's giving me a throbbing headache if I stand up.
Any ideas what is bothering me?
