Hi. I suffer from acid reflux. I was prescribed with Alka-Seltzer to relieve the heartburn. I think drugs are not the answer. I have stopped smoking and I don`t drink any more. I eat small meals. I have heard about Acid Reflux Food Relief and I am very interested to hear something about natural remedies. Anybody?

Hi. To remedy acid reflux you should drink about one gallon of filtered water a day, followed with high doses of probiotics. The wormwood herb called Artemisia asiatica is very helpful. Garlic is very effective, too. You should eat garlic every day. It optimizes bowel flora and kills pathogenic organisms. Garlic must be fresh. You have to chew it, or crush it before swallowing, or put it in your juice.
