Acne and Menstrual Cycle

Why I always get acne before my menstrual cycle. I am not in puberty anymore. I am 27 years old, Still, every month new breakouts. Am I suffering from hormonal disorder or what? My best friend, same age, never had single acne!!!

Every brand of birth control pills contains different combinations of hormones, so you need to be careful.
