Acne or Herpes on Labia minora?

I have something that is similar to acne on labia minora. I suppose it could be herpes, but I am not sure. I am having sex only with one guy, but I am not sure if he has been seeing other women. So, I guess acne could not occur there or? What are herpes symptoms?

Well, I suppose you have genital herpes. It looks like small blister or many of them. They open and and become sores after a few days. Other symptoms include swelling of the vulva, fever and enlarged and tender lymph nodes in the stomach and groin area. However, the most common sites for herpes in women are the labia majora, labia minora and butt. So, see there is big chance. Please check this with your gyno.
