Alright hopefully someone can answer this question..
I have acne type skin on the underside of my penis, near the base....pretty much when your not erect and your penis hangs down and touches your scrotom...around that area. But I take a shower everyday and its cant be hygene
It isnt normal acne though, it almost looks like a crater or crevice that goes deeper into the skin, and if I squeeze from the bottom of the 'pimple' and out some dry white puss comes out. I have had this for well over 2 years but have been afraid to check it out.....There are more than one of these pimple type things and they are just in that one area......
another thing is it never heals, the acne has stayed in the same spot since I noticed it...I can stick a thin object inside the hole, like a needle or something...now when I say inside I dont mean like through my penis, it is more like a mini skin pocket with dry puss every now and then, and I can have the needle lay against my penis flat, and inset it in the 'pocket'.
It is very hard for me to explain, but I will gladly take a picture if anyone can help me figure this out. In fact so the right idea came across I would rather do that....if you can provide me with an e-mail address I will take a picture
Another thing is I have a line of skin going down my whole underside shaft and my scrotom....I know this isnt normal either. |

hey
i have exactly what you described and you dont have many replies reaally curious what or if you found nething at all out i have had the exact thing you described to the T for the same and most likely longer then 3 years but was checked out finally in January of this year and told its nothing at all and i have noo std and etc and that its just the skin type but would love to know if you have any info to give...cure possibly... write me back please!

Interesting that I randomly found this as I've had the exact same thing. Bumps that look like zits maybe but not really red that sometimes, only sometimes, pus comes out of when squeezed pretty hard.
I've had them there since highschool seven years ago or so...
Never bothered me or my wife. Not to noticeable. But I've always wondered if it should be checked out..

| I have the exact same thing goddammit...It started out with one of them but now there's about three noticeable ones. They can be popped and when they are, dry white pus-type stuff comes out. I've had this for about two years and it's really starting to piss me off. I'm a virgin too, so it's not an STD. What the f***, how am I supposed to get my dick sucked like this. They're exactly like what the first post described. |

If anyone finds anything out then please contact me!
I have this exact same problem and have no idea what it is.
I've had it for years, there's quite a few spots on the bottom hal of my penis, they dont spread, they dont hurt, my girlfriend hasnt caught anything from it.
I've had them since from before I had sex, if anyone has answers other than to go to the doctor, please get back to me.
