Is there a possibility that Acupuncture for HCV could be effective? My friend has been suffering from this disease for almost two years now. He is constantly under therapies and always searching for some alternate ways of treating this condition. Can Acupuncture really help him? I could at least try to help him by finding some useful info.

It seems that today people suffering from various diseases are turning to Eastern medicine, rather then standard Western. When we discuss acupuncture, we must say that it is a way of balancing body's energy levels. It is also known as an excellent pain reliever. Your friend can also try to combine these two types of medicine, of course, with consulting both his doctor and acupuncture practitioner.
