Hi, my mother is diagnosed with attention deficit disorder. She doesn’t have an ability to plan some simple daily tasks. I would like to help her, but I don’t know how. What are the causes of adult ADD?
Hi, my father has the same condition as your mother. He was diagnosed with ADD when my sister and I finally managed to convince him to see a doctor. He had many problems because he couldn’t organize his life. The same thing was happening for many years- he would get an idea for some project, and before he would finish up with it, he would get some other idea. He didn’t have one successful project in the last four years because of his ADD. He is feeling better now because the treatment worked very well. Cause for adult ADD is in the brain. People with ADD have forebrains 10% smaller than healthy people.
