Advil for migraines during pregnancy?

I know that I am not supposed to take any medications during my pregnancy except the ones my OP gives me. However, I have bad headaches and migraines and they seem to be worsening in pregnancy. Can I try with Advil for migraines during pregnancy? It is not big deal, just a pain killer, just a little relief.

Look, I am not en expert but I suppose that there must be a good reason for forbidding medications that are not prescribed to a pregnant woman. Advil is none steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Those medications are not supposed to be used during pregnancy. If you have such bad migraines you should call your OP and ask for advice.
