After sex, when should a preganncy test be taken

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have irregular perios so I'm never sure of my cycle. I been using the digital ovulastion test to tell me what the best two days are. On Feb 10 it was positive, the digital test tells u the best two days are the day u test and the day after.
Not my question is when should I take a pregancy test. Like I said I have irregular peridos so I have no idea when to take it.
Also on day 16 i started to notice pink/brown blud when I wiped. Does implmentation bleeding start this soon?

Any advice would be helpful

Implantation usually takes place about 6 to 10 days after intercouse...If your not sure about your cycle its probly best to wait 12 to 16 days after intercourse to take a pregnancy test....Wish you luck!!![/quote]
