After taking Darvocet for pain how long to wait before taking Xanax for anxiety

I have been taking an old Rx I had for Darvocet-N 100 for a very bad tooth ache. 1 to 2 tablets a day for the past 4 days. My regular Dr has given me a Rx for Xanax 05 mg for Anxiety attacks I suffer from my mother's recent death. I did not think to tell him about the bad tooth. I have not taken the Xanax yet, after reading the brochure. I am not taking the Darvocet anymore. How long will the Darvocet be in my body? How long should I wait to start taking the Xanax?
