Hi, the allergy you’ve described is a mild case of allergy, but unpleasant since you can’t breath properly. I have allergy to pollen, but before I was allergic to grass as well. During life you can change allergens to which you are susceptible. So, actually your immunity can become more or less oversensitive. There are many different causes of allergy like pollen, tree, plant, grass, weed, pine tree pollen, oak tree pollen, birch tree pollen and many more. Usually symptoms occur during some period of year, by it’s summertime. I take Clarinase and a nasal sprey to treat symptoms of allergy.
