Hello there,
I have no experience with alkaslim, but since I work in hospital, I read some reviews. This is a programme, based on some sort of a shake- it’s based on soy- and has lots of weigh loss supplement ingredients (lecithin, spirulina, apple pectin and other herbal ingredients). All of these ingredients are not life risking... almost natural
Weight loss products that are based on soy have become very popular. Alkaslim is actually a program, telling you to eat 2 regular meals and then substitute the third meal with this soy based shake. I wonder what the effect is. I think it is more wisely to use more soy in your normal nutrition and that’s it.

| I've been using alka slim for several years now. I used to weigh 155 lbs and now weigh around 140. I take alkaslim in the morning for my breakfast and then eat healthy the rest of the days - lots of salads, light foods, and apples/carrots. u get the jist. |
