Allergy symptoms prior to mentration

I have noticed for awhile now that I experience a day or two of cold / allergy like symptoms just prior to the start of my period. Just before my period starts, the cold/allergy symptoms go away. This has gotten to be more than just frustrating since it shuts me down for a day or two each month.

I wanted to see if there are others out there that have experienced the same symptoms. Anyone know the cause or a good fix (vitamin, supplement, nutritional adjustments)?
