Hi, I have problem with HCL in my stomach. I would like to avoid strong medicines, is there any effective alternative treatment for this condition. Any positive experience, concerning natural healing would be valuable to me.
I have peptic ulcer for years. I undergone conventional therapy (antibiotics + antacids) to eradicate H. pylori, but if I don’t pay attention to eating habits the disease develops again.
I started to eat fruits regularly; I prefer salad made of apples, carrots and radish. A naturopath gave me an herbal remedy based on licorice, blackberry and others, it helps by it’s soothing and coating properties. DGL- deglycyrrhizinated licorice has better healing properties since it doesn’t have harmful effect of increasing blood pressure. I try to avoid coffee and carbonated beverages, as much as I can, because they only make it worse. By changing some dietary habits you may improve your condition.
