Hi, I believe I suffer from social anxiety disorder, because I feel uncomfortable with people with whom I used to feel fine. Perhaps, I’m not satisfied with myself. What are alternative treatment options for this disorder?

Hi, I use St. John's Wort capsules for depression, and your symptoms are related so, you can consider taking it too. St. Johnwort is useful for depression and anxiety, relief from stress and alike disorders. Pay attention to amount of hyperforin, which is the natural reuptake inhibitor of serotonin, a substance responsible for good mood. If capsules of St. Johnwort have only hypericin, but hyperforin 5% is important for beneficial action. Some relaxing teas are also indicated in these situations like chamomile, menthe or combinations of teas which suits you the most.
