Hi, im an 18 year old female. I used to suffer from anorexia, only in the past 1 1/2 year I have become very healthy. I eat regular meals and eat pretty healthy too, no fast food or anything. However, Im always bloated! When I wake up my stomach is flatter than it usually is and then after I put anything in my stomach it pooches out and looks like im pregnant. This look lasts all day long and really prevents me from wearing any normal T shirts. I work out for 20-30 minutes a day everyday, and do ab workouts everyday as well. Why is my stomach not flat? Anyone else have a stomach that does this? I've read up on uterine fibroids, but I don't think it could be that since in the morning my stomach is flat? Or do uterine fibroids change in size daily? Thanks any help would be really appreciated!

I've been experiencing the exact same symptoms for several years now. I have no idea why my stomach is swollen and hard like i'm pregnant. In the morning, if i didn't eat late the night before, will be small to flat. But, as the day progresses and i eat my stomach bloats up like a watermelon. It looks and feels like i'm 6 months pregnant. I've been researching, trying home remedies, exercising, so forth but nothing. I'm skinny with a hard bulging deformed stomach. If anyone can help us, please do so. Because, it's very uncomfortable. I suffer with constipation, as well. Before noticing anything, I'd go months without a bowel movement. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
