Hi! Everyone has some problem. I have problem in initiating a sleep. This bothers me a lot. I tried everything. I don’t take any drug. I heard something about insomnia. Please, tell me what insomnia is. Am I insomniac?

I really understand to you. This is also my problem. Insomnia is difficulty in initiating and or maintaining sleep. Insomnia is not a disorder, it is a symptom. Each case of insomnia is different. I have light therapy, and this therapy help me a lot. Maybe you need behavioral modification, following good sleep hygiene practices or medication. You must see a doctor, and doctor will decided what is best for you.
